Returns & Refunds
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you don’t wish to return a damaged product we may require evidence to confirm the item's condition before issuing a refund.
Please contact us prior to sending your order back for refund or exchange.
We will exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item (if products have not been worn/used and are in the same condition in which you received them)
Please note; additional delivery charges will apply in all exchange circumstances
All shipping and handling charges are purchaser’s responsibility and are not refundable. If items received are incorrect (not what you ordered) or faulty, Menace Marine will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
We use Australia Post to ship our fishing products (accept where parcel restrictions require a courier).
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.
